MATLAB
Published by MathWorks
MATLAB is a high-level language and interactive environment that enables you to perform computationally intensive tasks faster than with traditional programming languages such as C, C++, and Fortran. UAH Faculty, Students, and Staff can obtain a license for MATLAB with a variety of Toolboxes for academic purposes, including SimHydraulics and Simscape Driveline, under the Total Academic Headcount license and install the software on personally-owned computers. If/when you separate from UAH, you should uninstall the software. Students can now use MATLAB on their personal computers in addition to using it in UAH computer labs.

Have you received a "license will expire" message in MATLAB? View this Knowledge Base Article for instructions on how to renew your MATLAB license.
To install other MathWorks products, such as Simulink, use the same installer as the one you used for MATLAB. Follow the instructions linked above to proceed through the installer as usual until you reach the Product Selection screen, where you can select other MathWorks products to install in addition to or instead of MATLAB.
